Did you know that Salem Green is now pet friendly? We are now accepting your four-legged furry
friends. Salem Green allows up to two
pets per apartment. Only one dog is
allowed per apartment and must weigh less than 25lbs (breed restrictions do
apply). Dogs are only allowed in specific
buildings and in first floor walk-out apartments. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of
$300 ($400 for two pets) and pet rent of $35 per month for a cat and $50 per
month for a dog. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to call the Rental
Office.
