Congratulations to Ava, daughter of Salem Green's Assistant Manager Janelle, for being selected as the student of the month at Inver Grove Heights Middle School! Ava was born at Salem Green and is in the 7th grade. She was awarded with the Student of the Month award at a school breakfast. In addition to the certificate she also received a bumper sticker for her mom and dad.
The Student of the Month is selected by all of the 7th grade teachers and they base it on grades, effort, attitude, behavior, and leadership qualities. Ava stood out for her work in her honors class, which requires an invitation to even take the course.
