We would like to introduce you to one of your new neighbors here at Salem Green - please join us in extending Ron a big welcome! Ron recently moved to Salem Green with his roommate, Chris. Ron enjoys cooking and baking in his professional and personal time. He recently enrolled in a 48 week program at Le Cordon Bleu to be certified in culinary arts.
Ron prefers cooking over baking. His favor meal to cook (and eat!) is veal blanquette, which is essentially stewed veal, with a pommes puree, which is a silky smooth mixture of potatoes, salt, pepper, butter, and cream.
